The Opportunity

Lead the finance function of a multi-million-pound manufacturing business.

Partner with the General Manager to shape strategy, drive profitability, and deliver operational excellence.

You Will:

• ? Lead & mentor a team of 4 finance professionals
• ? Manage P&L, Balance Sheet, forecasting & variance analysis
• ? Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness
• ? Drive business improvements through data insights
• ? Oversee working capital, machine costing & Capex strategy
• ? Partner on commercial decision-making and growth plans

You will bring:

• ? Degree + 4 years pqe ACA / CIMA / ACCA (or equivalent)
• ? Proven finance leadership experience (manufacturing a plus)
• ? Advanced Excel & ERP skills
• ? Strong commercial acumen & strategic mindset
• ? Excellent communicator & relationship builder
