Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the vital bridge between Finance and Operations, driving strategy and daily decision-making.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights from financial analysis to support business growth.
- Lead performance improvement initiatives with strong commercial focus and robust financial management.
- Build trusted relationships, challenging and coaching teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Ensure compliance, strengthen internal controls, and protect company assets.
- Lead and support an established finance team reporting to the Finance Director
Your Experience:
- Experienced accountant eg. CIMA, ACA, ACCA
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and best practices
- Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Outlook;
- Possess excellent communication and problem solving skills;
