c£50,000 base salary + KPI Bonus + % New Business Incentive

About your new Role

Signatus are working exclusively with a well-established and respected financial planning firm in Newry to recruit (Ideally) a Chartered or Certified Financial Advisor (CAS 3+ years), or an ambitious Diploma-qualified professional keen to move into a growing independent financial consultancy.

Given our clients strong brand within the advisory services, this role offers a unique opportunity for progression and lucrative earning potential for anyone who wants to succeed in this industry.

There is an existing client book for you which is fully supported by experienced paraplanning personnel, allowing you to focus on building and maintaining quality client relationships and be successful in this role.

You’ll manage an established client bank of private and commercial clients, deliver tailored planning and advisory services, strive for high retention levels and drive new business opportunities (where possible), rewarded with a 30% commission on new revenue and very healthy retention bonus to supplement your high base salary. Whilst new business is encouraged and welcomed, the priority of this role is to service and maintain in a compliant manner, the existing client book.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic advice across pensions, investments, life protection, tax and trust planning (doe)
• Maintain and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients and business owners/family members of clients
• Conduct in-office client meetings, operating both remotely and on-site or in office visits when required
• Take responsibility for an existing client book ensuring a high level of retention as well as optimising and interrogate it for any new business opportunities
• Adhere to and maintain strong financial and information governance procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered or Certified CAS/FP/FA
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipFA / DipPFS), Investment Advice Diploma or equivalent FCA
• Desirable: Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning or progress towards Chartered Financial Planner status
• Strong commercial sense with new business track record
• Previous experience in independent financial advice, banking, or practice advisory roles
