About the company:

HireIQ Finance is delighted to work closely with this award winning company as they hire for a Finance Manager to lead their finance team, reporting to the Senior management. This is outstanding opportunity for a ambitious finance professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts

• Oversee budgets, cash flow, forecasts, and financial reporting

• Manage and develop the accounts and admin team

• Maintain robust financial controls to maximise efficiency and profitability

• Improve financial systems and processes to support business growth

• Oversee revenue reporting, invoicing, cash collection, and credit control

• Manage purchasing, supplier payments, and banking operations

• Ensure accurate payroll, compliance, and statutory reporting

• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, HMRC, and regulatory bodies

Your Experience:

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified – QBE Considered also.
• Strong technical knowledge of day-to-day finance processes
• Hands on ambitious accountant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
