About the company:
Due to continued growth, HireIQ Finance are delighted to work again with this market leading company in the Portadown area as they seek to appoint a Finance Business Partner on a 12month FTC. This is a great opportunity for an accountant with a strong commercial mindset to work closely with the senior management team and help drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to Senior Management, duties with this role include:

Lead standard cost setting, partnering with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations

Provide accurate reporting on material and labour variances; support operations in driving performance to plan
- Analyse product, material, and process changes to assess cost impacts
- Set standard prices for sourced products and report on price variances
- Manage and monitor cost centre spend, identifying trends and recommending efficiency improvements
- Conduct regular reviews with cost centre managers to track performance and corrective actions
- Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes for operational cost centres
Your Experience:
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA or QBE with minimum 2 years finance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Financial Reporting
