We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for a Finance Assistant.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance/Admin Assistant to support the smooth running of our financial and administrative operations. This part-time role will focus on key back-office functions such as processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and assisting with financial record keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• To ensure daily that the hotels ledger all balances e.g. Guest Ledger, Sales Ledger, Deposit Ledger etc.
• Income Audit – Revenue upload and Completion of Reconciliation of balances
• To ensure that Daily Banking is accurate and balances to business achieved
• Cash Banking (if applicable)
• Balancing Credit Cards
• Reconcile Outlet Revenues.
• Daily upload of Banking – completion of Banking Reconciliation.
• Ensure that all purchasing within the hotel is carried out via purchase order system
• Monitoring Receipting
• Making sure Invoices loaded
• Resolving Purchasing Queries
• Sending out AR invoices
• Checking Credit Card refunds
• Petty Cash – Preparing, Authorisation and Completing on PW.
• Matching Bank items against Banking reconciliation.
YOU ARE
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and comfortable using finance software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills when liaising with team members and external suppliers.
- Previous finance or administrative experience preferred but not essential.
