Field Service Engineer, Omagh base and covering NI region.
£35,000 to £40,000 + van, fuel card + benefits
We are working with a successful supplier of equipment and machinery into the catering and hospitality markets to recruit for their new Field Service Engineer.
Working primarily Monday to Friday ‘office hours’.
Our client supplies a range of machinery to the food & retail markets and are seeking to appoint their new Field Service Engineer who will receive full training on their product range, duties will include;
- Install and service machinery on site
- Trouble shooting and fault finding
- Perform equipment maintenance
- Advise on equipment upgrades and work with suppliers to deliver service
- Commissioning of new equipment ready for dispatch to our customers
- Produce timely and accurate service reports
What we are looking for
- Experience in a similar role, with mechanical / electrical or refrigeration experience
- Technical awareness, confident in the use of hand tools
- Previous customer service experience with good communications skills
- Flexible approach with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
