Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year

Staffline Recruitment are seeking experienced and ambitious individuals to join our Client manufacturing team. We require personnel capable of working in a team-based environment for the service, maintenance, and installation of industrial shredders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assembly and fitting of manufactured & bought-in components.
- Use of power and manual tools.
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings.
- Ensuring the safe and controlled movement of production parts.
- Working as part of a team to drive continuous improvement.
- Travelling to customer sites to perform service, inspections, commissioning, and system installation work.
- Mechanical experience
Additional Requirements:
As a Field Service Engineer, much of your work will be field-based, requiring travel to customer premises in a company-supplied van.
You will be representing our Company , so professionalism and a courteous attitude are expected at all times. We also expect you to:
- Be honest, punctual, and dependable.
- Be aware of all company policies regarding health and safety.
- Know your limits and seek advice/guidance when necessary.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (38 hours per week)
- Additional hours: Required occasionally for the proper performance of duties, paid at the agreed contracted rate.

- Relevant expertise: Minimum 1 year (required)
- Forklift License (required)
