The Role
This is more than just a sales job – it’s a chance to own your territory and take the lead in developing client relationships across Northern Ireland.
You’ll be out in the field, managing your own diary, making strategic decisions, and representing a company that’s known for quality and service.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across your territory
- Build Relationships: Maintain and grow existing client accounts through regular, in-person engagement
- Close Deals: Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively to win business
- Work Autonomously: Plan and manage your own schedule and travel efficiently
- Report Back: Share customer feedback and insights with the wider team to inform strategy
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced: You’ve worked in field sales within packaging or FMCG, and know how to build a pipeline
- Self-Sufficient: You’re organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own time
- Personable: Strong communication and relationship-building skills are a must
- Mobile: Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across NI
