Hours: 37 hours per week
Tenure: Secondment – fixed term until 30 September 2028
Salary:NJC Scale 6, Point 18-22 (£30,559-£32,654) per annum pro rata

The role
The Family Support Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of Family Support Workers in providing the full range of SureStart Services to families with children aged 0-4 years in the SureStart area.

Essential criteria
At the closing date applicants, must have:
1. QCF level 5 in Childcare Learning and Development (Management) or equivalentand Two Years experience in leading/managing/supervising staff in family support, early years, community work or health setting.
2. Significant experience developing and delivering support for families with complex needs within their homes, plus group programmes for children and adults.
3. Driving license and access to a car.
Desirable criteria
1. 1. A BA Hons in Early Year Childhood Studies or Social Work or equivalent.
