Job Summary

Job Description:

Family Support Practitioner Early Intervention (Omagh & Fermanagh)

Salary: £14.00 per hour
Hours: MondayFriday, 9am5pm (with occasional evening/weekend work depending on families needs)
Base: Omagh (travel across Omagh & Fermanagh)
Contract: Ongoing agency assignment
Start: ASAP
Driving: Must have access to a car with business insurance

Make a real difference. Join our clientsEarly Intervention Family Support Service, supporting children (017) and their families through home-based support and community outreach across Omagh and Fermanagh.

What youll do

  • Provide one-to-one family support and facilitate group programmes.
  • Complete needs assessments and create tailored support plans.
  • Work in partnership with schools, social services and community agencies.
  • Keep accurate records and contribute to multi-agency reviews.
  • Be an active, supportive member of a passionate team.
  • Flexibility to support families outside normal hours when required.

What were looking for

  • NVQ Level 3 (Health & Social Care, Early Years, Youth Work or similar).
  • Proven experience supportingchildren and families in the home.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A caring, proactive approach with strong safeguarding awareness.
  • Full driving licence, own car and business insurance (essential).
