Job Summary

Facilities & HSE Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Facilities & HSE Manager to lead and develop their facilities, capital infrastructure, and health, safety & environmental (HSE) functions. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the buildings, grounds and support services are safe, efficient, and well-maintained contributing to the best possible environment for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead facilities functions including maintenance, catering, and housekeeping
  • Oversee health, safety & environmental compliance and promote best practices
  • Act as the estates lead on a major new capital development project
  • Manage service contracts, planned maintenance, and emergency repairs
  • Promote sustainability and ensure effective infection control and risk management

About You:

  • Proven experience in facilities and team management
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and compliance
  • Project management experience (capital development experience highly desirable)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Passion for supporting a values-driven environment
