Temporary Facilicites Administrator, Belfast, £13.00ph, Weekly pay
We are recruiting for a motivated and experienced Facilities Administrator for our Student Accommodation client based Belfast BT15.
You will be supporting the successful facilities team where your daily duties will include:
- Logging maintenance requests and issues onto the system.
- Keeping up to date with compliance and health and safety procedures.
- Oversee CRM systems.
- Raising PO’s and invoices.
- End of tenancy processes.
- Updating and managing live maintenance tasks.
- Managing the repairs inbox.
The ideal candidate:
- Ideally have proven facilities and/or property admin experience.
- Basic health and safety knowledge.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Can work flexible shifts including weekends where required.
- Strong organisational skills.
