Programme Overview
- Duration:18 months
- Rotations:Three 6-month rotations
What to Expect
- An opportunity to gain a range of experience, knowledge and skills within the Exports and International Sales function.
- Adaptability & Flexibility:Be prepared to travel and relocate across our sites in NI, ROI and GB.
Essential Criteria:
- A degree-level qualification with a minimum of 2:2 in the following disciplines Exports and International Sales
- Must be willing to relocate or be based across any Pilgrims Europe sites
- A valid drivers license.
- Availability to start the programme on the specified date. (September)
- Demonstrated leadership potential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- High level of motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Hungry and in a hurry to grow your career.
Desirable Criteria:
- Having completed work experience or a placement year in Exports and International Sales or the food industry is desirable but not a necessity.
As part of our graduate programme, you will be required to have entitlement to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer sponsorship for this programme.
