Scope of Role

Avondale Foods is a leading food processing company of Fresh and Chilled products.

This is a fast-paced key role in the business that requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Updating internal AX system with customer orders received

• Communicating order issues or concerns with external customers and updating their systems, in accordance with the agreed protocols in place.

• Running MRP system and making amends when required.

• Update product set ups when required.

• Support the planners with order amends.

• Support the despatch department with system updates and paperwork.

Person Specification

Essential Criteria

• Excellent standard of verbal and written English with strong communication skills
• 1-year experience in a similar role
• Proficient in the use of computerised information systems
• Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience working within an FMCG business
• Experience using Dynamics AX system
• Experience using a bespoke planning (E.R.P) system
