We believe in people. In their potential. In their recovery. We are now recruiting for a meticulous and purpose-driven Evaluation and Monitoring Officer to help us capture the real-world impact of the Right Support Right Time (RSRT) project.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong data skills and a passion for improving mental health outcomes. You’ll oversee the collection, coordination and analysis of project data, ensuring it reflects both participant experiences and project deliverables. Your work will inform real-time decision making, internal learning, and external reporting to key stakeholders and funders.

You’ll work closely with internal colleagues and six partner organisations across the island of Ireland to ensure consistent data recording, quality assurance, and meaningful evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and develop the client management system

Gather quantitative and qualitative insights on service outcomes

Provide reporting and analysis to project teams and funders

Support partner organisations in consistent data entry and usage

Identify trends and make evidence-based recommendations

What You’ll Bring

A degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant area

Demonstrable experience managing evaluation data and outcomes frameworks

Excellent report writing and analytical skills

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Confidence working with partners and stakeholders

About the Right Support Right Time Project

A collaborative cross-border initiative developed by Inspire in partnership with Mencap, Cedar, Apex, Respond, DePaul and the Red Cross, RSRT promotes:

Trauma-informed, community-led mental health support

Greater resilience and connection across communities

Support for under-served groups including people in poverty, those with disabilities, and migrant communities

The RSRT project is supported by the PEACEPLUS Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
