About the Role

An experienced Estimator is required to join a growing team, helping to implement pricing structures across a range of joinery, fit-out, and signage projects. The Estimator will play a key role in delivering accurate costings, supporting sales specifications, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Produce competitive, accurate, and timely estimates for projects.

• Support Business Development Managers with specifications and pricing.

• Write and price tenders; interpret and read architectural plans.

• Collaborate closely with Design, Production, and Sales/Project Management teams.

• Ensure adherence to pricing policies and preferred supplier lists.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and administration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Proven estimating experience in:

  • Signage and/or large format print industry

  • Bespoke joinery or fit-out projects

• Technical knowledge of signage, joinery, fabrication, and assembly.

• Experience writing and submitting tenders.

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings.
