We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. Estimator Job Description As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates and submitting competitive tenders for a variety of prestigious projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for multiple bids simultaneously. Analyse material and labour costs; liaise with suppliers to develop strong working relationships. Support post-tender and pre-contract processes by evaluating contractual and cost implications. Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, including site visits to gather measurements, calculations, and relevant data. Ensure timely and complete submission of all tender documentation. Essential Criteria: Minimum 4 years’ experience in estimating, ideally within Joinery, Fit Out, or Marine sectors. Strong commercial acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proactive mindset with a solutions-driven approach. Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Willingness to travel internationally as project needs arise. Desirable Criteria: A third-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
