Responsibilities Estimator:-
- Prepare detailed cost estimates & tenders
- Collaborate with top-tier suppliers & subcontractors
- Drive value engineering & risk management
- Contribute to stunning, design-led projects
Key Criteria
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
- Minimum 5 years industry experience in the specialist fit out sector in an Estimator or QS function
- IT proficient with a keen eye for detail
- Tendered for projects up to £20million
