Are you an Estimator within the commercial construction sector, seeking a new challenge where you can lead high-value fit-out projects throughout Ireland and progress into a management role?

In this position, you will take ownership of estimating responsibilities across several large-scale fit-out developments – preparing detailed cost plans, assessing timelines, and ensuring accuracy throughout the tendering process. Regular site visits will form part of your role, allowing you to evaluate on-site requirements and work closely alongside another Estimator. You’ll gain valuable exposure to the full project lifecycle, with structured training and development opportunities paving the way for advancement into senior positions.

The Role:

• Preparing cost estimates for commercial fit-out projects

• Producing accurate costings and project timelines

• Collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams

• Conducting site visits across Ireland

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours), flexibility required for site travel

• Hybrid working available after probation

The Person:

• Estimator or similar

• Background in commercial construction

• Willing to travel throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
