My client is a leadingresidential & commercial estate agency and RICS registered valuer with an excellent reputation across South Down.
As well as handling a high volume of sales and lettings of residential, commercial and agricultural property they also provide valuations for tax, Probate IHT, Capital Gains, balance sheet purposes and personal pension requirements.
Reporting to the Managing Director, they now require a trainee valuer / estate agent to help sustain and grow this long-established business.
Estate Agent / Valuer / Negotiator
The ideal candidate:
- Ideally 1-2 years experience in property sales, valuations and lettings
OR
- Experience gained in a professional business to consumer environment such as retail
- Ideally educated to Degree / HND in a property or business subject area
- Some experience handling all aspects of property sales and lettings (ideally the S. Down area)
- Comfortable working in a small team environment and able to use initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills and keen to lean, train and progress
- Proficient in using software and tech including agency software, excel databases and social media platforms
- Driving license
