The Right role: Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations Manage a portfolio of properties for sale Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and communication Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Support marketing efforts including listings, photography, online content, and property brochures Stay informed of local property market trends and legislation Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to progress transactions The Right Fit: Previous experience in property sales or lettings essential (residential or commercial) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability Knowledge of the Northern Ireland property market Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Skills: estate agent Property Management
