ERP Specialist – Food Manufacturing Focus
Location: UK-based only (hybrid or on-site)
Eligibility: UK work authorisation required (no sponsorship available)
We’re hiring an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support and enhance ERP operations for a leading food manufacturing business. You’ll play a key role in optimisation across key business units.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading Dynamics 365 configuration across business functions
* Improving integrations with third-party systems
* Translating business needs into system changes and enhancements
* Supporting food industry-specific features like lot tracking and shelf-life control
* Customising dashboards and reports for production and compliance KPIs
* Delivering user training, documentation, and support
* Handling day-to-day ERP support including finance operations, AP/AR, and reporting
What you’ll bring:
* Solid hands-on experience with Business Central or NAV in manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of food production workflows, inventory, and compliance
* Proven experience with AP automation (Continia or similar)
* Good understanding of finance processes and ERP configuration
* Experience with traceability, batch/lot control, and shelf-life tracking
* Confident customising Business Central and using Microsoft tools like Excel and Power BI
* Great communication skills-comfortable working across finance, ops, and IT
Nice to have:
* Experience with EDI, warehouse scanners, or shop floor data capture
* Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or Business Central extensions
* ERP implementation/upgrade experience
* Microsoft certification in Business Central
