Were recruiting an Engineering Manager for a leading food manufacturer in Dungannon. This is a permanent leadership role where youll head up all engineering and maintenance activity on site, making sure production runs smoothly, safely, and reliably.

What youll be doing as Engineering Manager:
- Lead and develop the site engineering team
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
- Drive improvements to reduce downtime and boost reliability
- Manage compliance with food safety, H&S and company standards
- Set engineering KPIs and report into senior leadership
- Work closely with production and technical teams to solve problems quickly
