Our busy Engineering client in the Dungannon area require a Manufacturing Engineering Manager

This role reports to our Operations Manager and focuses on ensuring our Production Design Engineering team delivers top-notch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies with management.
• Oversee daily activities to drive operational excellence.
• Support and innovate current operations.
• Attend and contribute to meetings.
• Manage design projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with sales for technical support.
• Produce project status reports for senior management.
• Review and approve design drawings.
• Address and resolve design quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Apply performance management systems and advise on annual KPIs.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance.

Essential Criteria:

• Strong educational background with either:
• – 10 years Design experience in manufacturing (quarry/recycling), or
• – A degree in Engineering with 6 years similar experience.
• Product development and introduction experience.
• Demonstrated team management skills.
• Effective communicator and leader.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
