Earnings: £40,000 £90,000+ OTE

What You’ll Do

As a self-employed Enforcement Agent, youll visit homes and businesses to collect outstanding debts on behalf of clients. This is a field-based role where no two days are the same. Full training, City & Guilds accreditation, and ongoing support will be provided.

Ideal Backgrounds

We welcome applicants with experience in:

• Close Protection, Private or Maritime Security

• Military/Armed Forces (Royal Marines, Navy, Air Force, etc.)

• Debt Recovery, Civil Enforcement, Doorstep Collections

• Door-to-Door or Field Sales (B2B/B2C)

• Security (SIA Licence), Housing or Immigration Officers

• Self-Employed Professionals or Business Owners

What Youll Need

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to pass a DBS (CRB) background check

• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills

• High level of professionalism, ethics, and personal resilience

• Self-motivated, confident working on a commission-only basis

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
