Your new role
As an Employment Lawyer, you’ll be part of a growing team that works closely with colleagues in London and across the globe. You’ll handle a diverse portfolio of work including:
- Strategic HR advisory and complex litigation
- Multi-jurisdictional projects and global compliance initiatives
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE and redundancy matters
- Tribunal claims, investigations, and data subject access requests

What you’ll need to succeed
- Qualification as a solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
- Strong academic background and experience from a leading employment practice
- Commercial acumen and the ability to build trusted client relationships
- A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit
