Employment Law Solicitor – Belfast City Centre
I am working with a well-established and highly respected law firm in the heart of Belfast City Centre to recruit an Employment Law Solicitor to join their growing team.
This firm has an outstanding reputation for providing expert legal advice and representation to both employers and employees across a broad range of employment law matters. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse and interesting caseload within a supportive and professional environment.
Role Overview
You will handle a wide range of employment law matters, advising and representing clients on issues including:
- Disciplinary action and unfair dismissal claims
- Discrimination matters (including disability, race, age, and sex discrimination)
- Redundancy, harassment and bullying cases
- Employment Tribunal representation
- Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment and HR policies
- Providing guidance to employers on recruitment, compliance and internal procedures
The Person
- Experienced in employment law, with a solid understanding of both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Strong technical knowledge of employment legislation and tribunal procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and effectively
- A team player who demonstrates professionalism, empathy and attention to detail
