Role: Employee Relations Specialist – Permanent – Belfast

VANRATH are pleased to be partnering once again with a valued client in the recruitment of an Employee Relations Specialist on a permanent basis. The role will focus on providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and alignment with best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence
- Support and coach managers in resolving people-related issues
- Ensure all employee relations matters comply with legislation and policy
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Analyse employee relations data and report on key trends
- Assist with conflict resolution, mediation, and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures
Essential Criteria:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of employment law
