Overview and Purpose of Role As Electrical Engineering Manager you will play a fundamental part in leading the Electrical Engineering Team by providing technical guidance, managing project deliverables and overseeing team performance to ensure that all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. Role Requirements Musthaveadegree(orequivalent)inelectricalorelectronicengineering Aminimumof3yearsdemonstrableexperienceofworkingandproviding guidance and oversight within a dynamic engineering team WorkingknowledgeofdrawingmanagementsystemssuchasPulse/ SolidWorks PDM or similar Experienced in creation and checking of 2D electrical schematics and use of industryrecognisedsoftwaretoproducesame,namely AutoCAD,SolidWorks Electrical, EPLAN ExperienceofPLCSoftwareprogrammingformachinecontrol Demonstrablepeoplemanagement,communication,anddecision-makingskills Target-drivenandproactivewitharesults-orientedmindset Amethodicalandlogicalapproachtotaskswithstrongattentiontodetail.
