Electrical Design Engineer

Location Cookstown, Co. Tyrone
Salary £35,000 – £50,000

Were recruiting for a specialist electrical contractor that delivers turnkey electrical design, supply, installation and testing packages to water-treatment, recycling and renewable projects across the UK & Ireland.

The role youll take client briefs and turn them into robust electrical designs. Expect single-line diagrams, cable schedules, control wiring, equipment sizing, IFC drawings and tech support through commissioning.

What youll be doing

• Produce concept and detailed electrical designs from Feasibility to IFC.
• Produce cable schedules, single-line diagrams and control wiring.
• Support tender queries and provide design input for costings.
• Review contractor submissions, respond to RFIs and support testing/commissioning.

About you

• Degree/HNC in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
• 3+ years electrical design experience
• Competent in AutoCAD/SolidWorks or similar design packages.
