Our early years Educational client are currently seeking to recruit an Early Years Assistant to join their team in Belfast.
Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: Approximately 1625 hours per week, MondayThursday

About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and compassionateEarly Years Assistant to support their Early Years Services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children, providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a varied programme of play and learning activities for children participating in their Early Years Services.
- Support the holistic development of each child, ensuring the environment is welcoming, child-centred, and safe.
- Contribute to the development of targeted activities for key children, including programmes such as the Developmental Programme for 23 Year Olds and Play2Learn.
- Encourage and facilitate parental engagement and build supportive relationships with parents/carers
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure confidentiality of information relating to children and families at all times.
- Comply with their policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
- Participate in induction, training, meetings, and supervision sessions as required.
We are ideally looking for candidates with:
- Level 3 NVQ in Childrens Care, Learning and Development, or
- At least 2 years experience working in the early years sector
