The Role:
- Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts, and household tasks
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to the care coordinator
- Promote dignity, independence, and well-being at all times
- The Requirements:
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential (training provided)
- A kind, patient, and respectful approach
- Good communication and time management skills
- Willingness to travel between client homes (driving licence preferred)
