What youll do

Our community care assistants are remarkable individuals who perform everyday tasks that hold significant value to our clients. By aiding them in living safer and more supported lives within the comfort of their own homes, you will adhere to personalised care plans. Your responsibilities include assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, aiding with toileting, and providing support with medication.

A care assistant provides a sense of purpose and fulfilment by contributing to the well-being and quality of life of others. Knowing that your work directly improves the lives of vulnerable individuals can be incredibly meaningful.

You dont need any care experience to apply for this role. Were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
