Your role in the team
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to join our casualty claims organisation and lead the transformation of our digital capabilities. This role is pivotal in shaping innovative solutions that enhance the claims experience for customers and streamline operations for internal teams.
As a Digital Product Manager, you will:
Drive digital strategy by identifying technology opportunities to improve claims processes.
Lead product development from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
Collaborate across teams-claims, technology, and operations-to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions.
Champion user experience using data-driven insights to design intuitive, efficient tools.
Stay ahead of trends to keep products competitive and future ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Define and track metrics to measure success and guide strategy.
- Conduct discovery and test-and-learn activities to validate assumptions.
- Break down complex problems into manageable tasks and maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Author, test, and accept product stories.
- Communicate findings effectively to teams and leadership.
- Work collaboratively toward shared goals and best practices.
- Maintain focus on both detail and the bigger picture.
Essential Skills

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience conducting product scoping, discovery, framing, owning and managing a backlog (in agility or similar tools) of products for a digital product team.
- Proficient in leading agile ceremonies and applying agile best practices.
- Experience independently analyzing and querying data to find insights and understand patterns using SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools.
- Experience in communicating complex and innovative concepts to product development teams
- Extensive experience story telling product strategy to senior and/or non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Skills
- Working knowledge of PaaS applications and Postman (or similar tools)
- Experience working with a highly skilled XP software development team
- Experience managing both internal and vended products
- Skilled in Mural
- Experience in Agility/Version1
