The Role

The Digital Business Partner (DBP) plays a pivotal role in bridging business strategy with digital execution. As a strategic advisor and product leader, the DBP partners with business units to identify transformative opportunities, shape digital product visions, and drive data-centric innovation. The DBP is responsible for the leadership and management of the Digital Transformation Group Managers and their teams. 

This role is critical in evolving our operating model from project-based delivery to a product-oriented approach, ensuring end-to-end ownership of the user journey and data lifecycle.

What we are looking for

· Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK

· BA/BSc (Hons) degree in Business, Technology or related field

· Proven experience in digital transformation, product management, or business strategy roles

· Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data governance, and agile delivery models

· AI use case development, data strategy, and user-centred design

· Direct line management experience
