This is your opportunity to join a leading supplier into the FMCG sector who due to continued growth are seeking for a Despatch Supervisor to join their highly successful team on a permanent full-time basis

About you
- Experience of working within a similar role
- Proficient with MS Office Packages
Duties
- Manage stock levels order assembly to customer requirements
- Drive Health and Safety, Waste Control, Lean Management
- Manage staff: coaching and training, absence, performance reviews
- Manage and deal with the day to day operations
- Allocate and manage staff and labour control
- Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders
- Improve and develop department performance against KPI targets
- Liaise with haulers to manage outload times
- Other adhoc duties
