We are looking for reliable and hardworking Despatch Operatives to join our team in Pilgrim’s Europe – Moy Park at Ballymena site.

Key Information:

• Competitive pay: £14.96 per hour
• Permanent, stable employment
• Fixed shift pattern (12 hours shift) with Hours of Work:
  Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (7am-7pm)
  Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (7am-7pm)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble orders for customers for delivery with required schedule.
• Carry out all tasks to ensure the efficient and effective running of the despatch area.
• Complete despatch paperwork accurately.
• Load and unload vehicles as required.
• Check and verify all relevant paperwork.
• Ensure orders are picked and loaded efficiently and accurately.
• Work as part of a team to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and service.
• Promote continuous improvement in workplace organisation.
• Support environmental initiatives such as energy reduction, waste reduction, and recycling.

What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use own initiative and remain consistently focused.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work individually when required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Desirable:
• Previous experience in a Despatch Operation.
• Previous experience in FMCG.
