Despatch Line Leader -Evening Shift
£12.38 per hour + weekly bonus + overtime

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Despatch Line Leader working on evening shift. This role offers stability, excellent benefits, and clear progression pathways within one of the UK & Ireland’s leading food producers.
The Role:
- Lead and coordinate a small despatch team to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Oversee scanning, loading, and trailer despatch in line with schedules
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Provide training and guidance to team members, supporting their development
- Liaise with logistics and planning to ensure product flow matches despatch requirements
- Monitor and report on KPIs including productivity, attendance, and accuracy
- Monday to Friday, 16:00-00:30 (occasional overtime required)
The Ideal Person Will:
- Have previous despatch/warehouse experience (leadership experience desirable)
- Understand warehouse/despatch systems and processes
- Be organised, proactive, and able to problem-solve under pressure
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Be flexible to work the evening shift pattern
