IS THIS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS YOU?
As a Designer as part of the Marketing Team, you’ll
be responsible for delivering compelling digital and print assets across marketing channels—from social media graphics and infographics to event branding, ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and more. You’ll own the end-to-end design process, ensuring that every piece of creative work aligns with our brand standards and supports business objectives.
If you’re a detail-oriented visual communicator with a strong portfolio, excellent design software skills (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint), and an eye for functional, user-friendly design, we’d love to meet you. Experience in UX/UI, motion graphics, or web design is a bonus, but not essential.
This role is perfect for someone who can blend strong visual storytelling with practical design execution, and who thrives in an agile, collaborative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design Execution – 60%
- Create high-quality digital and print assets for marketing campaigns, including but not limited to:
- Landing pages
- Whitepapers and case studies
- Email templates
- Social media graphics
- Paid ad creatives
- Presentation decks
- Design sales enablement materials such as brochures, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Support UX/UI design for marketing-led web projects and microsites.
Design Management & Brand Stewardship – 20%
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all channels. Take ownership of our Digital Asset Management platform and maintenance of assets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver on-brand solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing quality with deadlines.
- Manage our external design agency to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget.
- Management and training of brand guidelines and standards to be provided to all customer facing employees to be utilised across PowerPoint, Proposals etc.
Collaboration & Communication – 10%
- Work closely with content, campaign, and product marketing teams to align visuals with messaging.
- Liaise with external agencies or freelancers when needed, ensuring brand alignment and quality control.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Develop a close working relationship with the Foods Connected Product team, to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines being implemented across the Product portfolio and all customer interactions at all stages of the Sales process.
Creative Strategy & Innovation – 10%
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation.
- Stay up to date with design trends, SaaS marketing best practices, and competitor activity.
- Proactively suggest new formats, tools, or approaches to improve design impact and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar Design role with specific experience of Software solutions or the SaaS space.
Technical Skills
To perform this job successfully, the Designer should have experience with:
- Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (Essential) PremierPro & After Effects (desired)
- Knowledge of marketing campaign effectiveness and content SEO
- Familiarity with HubSpot and WordPress (Elementor Pro) a plus
- Microsoft: 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- UX / UI or web design experience
