Design Consultant
A leading and established organisation based in Belfast, are currently seeking a Design Consultant to join their team.
This is a Full-time, permanent position.
Working hours: 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday and every other Saturday)
Salary: Basic £25,000 – OTE £40K+

My client is a leading bespoke furniture brand with stores and manufacturing facilities across the UK and Ireland. They are a close-knit team of designers, craftspeople, and fitters who care deeply about what they do — and about the people they work with. They are currently looking for a passionate salesperson with a flair for design.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
- Full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire design and sales process from concept to installation
- Create bespoke, space-saving solutions using company’s premium products
- Use CAD software and visual aids to bring customer visions to life
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet all deadlines
- Strive to exceed personal and company sales targets
