Keystone Care is looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a reputable Nursing Home in County Down. This role will be pivotal in supporting the management of a care homes and the post holder will ensure that we provide outstanding care to all their residents. Our client delivers exceptional care to residents with mental health, Young Adults, and complex needs care needs. Job: 2436
Salary: £24.00 – £27.00 per hour DoE
Location: County Down
Type: Permanent

  • Assist the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance
  • Implement person-centred care plans tailored to individual resident needs
  • Monitor the quality of care provided and address any issues promptly
  • Coordinate training and development opportunities for team members
  • Manage medication administration processes and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and mutual support

Required Skills & Experience

  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN)
  • Strong understanding of RQIA requirements and regulations
  • Previous Deputy leadership experience
