This role will be pivotal in supporting the management of a care homes and the post holder will ensure that we provide outstanding care to all their residents. Salary: £24.00 – £27.00 per hour DoE

- Assist the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance
- Implement person-centred care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Monitor the quality of care provided and address any issues promptly
- Coordinate training and development opportunities for team members
- Manage medication administration processes and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and mutual support
Required Skills & Experience
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Strong understanding of RQIA requirements and regulations
- Previous Deputy leadership experience
