If you’re a litigation solicitor with 34 years PQE and experience in defendant insurance work, this opportunity could be just what youre looking for.

My client, a respected and busy litigation practice in Belfast, is looking to recruit a solicitor to handle a mixed caseload of defendant personal injury and insurance litigation matters. The work will span both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland jurisdictions, so ideally, youll be dual-qualified.

Youll manage your own caseload of motor, EL/PL and other insurance-related litigation, and act on behalf of leading insurers and self-insured clients. Its a fantastic role for someone who enjoys the cut and thrust of litigation and wants to build on their cross-jurisdictional expertise in a supportive, well-structured team.

What you’ll need:

34 years PQE with solid experience in defendant litigation
ROI qualification essential; (Dual/NI qualification desirable)
Strong organisational and client care skills
Confident in running files independently and working collaboratively within a team
