Shift Maintenance Engineer | Day Shifts | Commercial Environment | £40,000 – £42,500 + Employment Package.
We are actively recruiting for a Multi Skilled (Mechanical / Electrical) Maintenance Engineer to join our maintenance team across a commercial property based in the heart of Belfast.
As a Day Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying our planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) along with reactive maintenance & repairs across all Electrical, Mechanical & HVAC equipment.
Job Summary:
* Role: Day Shift Maintenance Engineer
* Location: Belfast
* Environment: Commercial
* Salary: £40,000 – £42,500
* Hours: Days – 4 on, 4 off: 7am – 7pm / 7am – 5pm / 7am – 7pm Weekly Pattern.
* Package: Average of just 15 working days per month, 20 paid shift holidays with the option to buy up to 5 more per annum, company funded training courses and qualifications, company pension contribution, retail and health club discounts etc.
Duties:
* Planned and Reactive Maintenance across Electrical, Mechanical / HVAC equipment.
* Providing detailed reports on works completed.
Requirements:
* Must hold relevant qualifications in a Building Services discipline in either Electrical, Mechanical or HVAC disciplines.
* For Electricians, qualifications must include NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds Level 3 and 18th edition.
* For Mechanical / HVAC Engineers, qualifications must include Level 2 or 3 in either Plumbing, Heating & Ventilation, Air Conditioning or similar.
* Must have experience working within maintenance / building services role within a commercial environment.
