What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain, optimise, and support a range of database systems across the business, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, operations, production) to deliver database solutions that support real-time decision-making and business intelligence.
- Manage database backup, recovery, and security protocols in line with compliance standards.
- Analyse and troubleshoot complex database issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Support integration of third-party applications and ERP systems with core data infrastructure.

What you need:
- Experience working as a Database Administrator or in a similar data-focused IT role
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, and database performance tuning
- Understanding of backup strategies and data security best practices
- Ability to manage multiple systems and databases in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience supporting ERP or manufacturing systems would be a bonus
