Key Duties Will Include:

Preparing customs clearance documentation and managing entry submissions

Cross-checking customer data and advising on potential discrepancies

Handling both import and export declarations using systems like CDS and TSS
-
Monitoring the status of ongoing declarations and ensuring timely completion

Acting as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing guidance on customs procedures and compliance
What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on customs experience within a freight forwarding, transport, or customs brokerage setting

Knowledge of UK/Ireland customs processes and familiarity with both imports and exports

Experience using customs systems

Awareness of HMRC regulations and compliance standards
