Customer Support Executive – Volkswagen

Do you thrive on giving customers the best possible experience? Are you a driven and ambitious individual who enjoys meeting and exceeding targets? The ideal person will have/be: Previous experience in a customer service environment. A proven track record of achieving targets in a busy environment. A strong working knowledge of computerised systems such as customer databases (experience of CDK would be advantageous) Able to demonstrate a professional and confident approach in dealing with both staff and customers. The ability to work as part of a team and the genuine desire to succeed. A flexible approach to working hours. And if possible (but not essential) have: At least 1 year experience of working in either a contact centre or a sales role. Previous experience of working in a similar role in the motor trade.
