What we need

We are seeking a motivated and technically-minded Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our customers, helping them succeed with Budibase. Budibase is a technical product -aimed at IT and software developers – thus, our Customer Success team are software engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for problem-solving, a strong technical background, and a desire to help users with a complex product.

This is a remote position, but we are looking for candidates eligible to work in the UK. English fluency is essential.

What you’ll do

  • Answer product questions via email, GitHub and occasionally on video calls.
  • Advise customers on best practices with Budibase.
  • Improve and update our documentation as we build out new product features.
  • Implement minor feature requests and bug fixes, based on customer needs.
  • Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using the Budibase platform to demonstrate solutions and best practices.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to interpret customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • 1+ years experience in customer support or other customer-facing role.
  • A technical mind – you’re comfortable learning new technologies.
  • Knowledge of basic programming concepts and data structures.

Bonus

  • Experience with databases or using REST APIs.
  • Experience with Budibase or a similar low-code platform.
  • DevOps experience – Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or major cloud hosting platforms.
