Are you a natural communicator with a passion for helping others? Join our team as a Customer Support Advisor and play a key role in supporting the education sector.
– Rate of pay – Hourly rate of £13.
– Location – 49 East Bridge Street, Belfast BT1 3NR
– Full time permanent position – Contracted to 40 hours paid production scheduled 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. May-Jun months your schedule will be between 8am-8pm, Monday to Sunday to accommodate peak times.
– Full time training provided.
In this role you will manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails and live chats, supporting schools, exam markers & families of students. You will respond to a variety of customer service enquires – offering clear information, guidance, and reassurance across multiple channels. Using available resources and professional approach, you will aim to resolve queries effectively, escalating issues when needed.

What we are looking for:
– Proficient in English (minimum B1 level), both written and verbal.
– Minimum of 6 months in a BPO or contact centre environment, or recent college graduate.
– Ability to follow structured processes and use multiple systems confidently.
– Strong problem solving and multitasking skills.
– Patience, empathy, and a professional approach.
