✅ What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.
- ✈️ Advise clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services, playing a key role in our client’s success.
- Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.
- Assist customers with travel-related issues.
✅ What We Need:
- Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level preferred, but personality and skills can make a difference!).
- A positive attitude and a love for communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus, but not a must.
